downloaded pip frame stuff does not work. it says ready to use after i double click it, but it is not anywhere on powerdirector 13.

Hi rytis2015 -

It's posssibly an aspect ratio thing. 16:9 PiP objects will only appear in a 16:9 project & 4:3 PiP objects will only appear in a 4:3 project.

e.g. This frame will only show up in a 4:3 project and this one will only be found in a 16:9 project

Try switching aspect ratios on your project and see if your downloads are in the library.
