Powerdvd 15 Not Working after update

I recently updated to Powerdvd 15 from 13, now I'm getting an error message telling me Link below

This was never an issue on PDVD13, having run the bluray advisor tool it gives me all sort of dodgy results

My display is HDCP compliant, I'm running Windows 10, my GPU has 3Gb of Memory not 2.

My drivers aren't bluray ready despite working previously and my disc drive isn't found except both PDVD programs are able to pick it up just fine. I realise the advisor says its only a reference tool but when tech support tells me to use it and doesn't reply to me it is incredibly frustrating.

Honestly hoping someone here can help because the support I'm receiving from the company is terrible.

I don't think so. The support help to solve problems not only with PowerDVD, but also with other products.
I'm sure they will contact you to your registration e-mail adresse.

Upgraded from Ver 14 to 15. All Video, Photos work, but Music freezes and says it encountered error. Windows cannot analyze and the program simply closes. I'm working with Windows 10.
