Audio Problem in PD14

I suffer from the problem of concealment of the audio in PD14 suddenly as the sound works when the file is in the Media Content and disappears when placed on the Time Line.

I have re-installed the PD14, but still the soynd is mutted and no avail.

Please Help

I have a similar issue.
Please can you provide a diagnostic file and a screenshot of the Preview player (showing the audio icon).
See guides, info, Part A , B, E & F.

Check to see if non real time preview is checked. That would cause media in the library to have audio but not when placed on the timeline.

Thanks tomasc. How did I miss that? But I didn't set PDR to non-real time. Very strange.
I feel a bit "red faced" at not spotting this one ha ha. thanks again tomasc.
