If i wipe hard drive will i be able to reinstall PD 14 Ultra

I just bought this software disc version and i dont have much harddrive space and if i do a wipe with this on it will i be able to reinstall it on a wiped harddrive. Any knowledge is greatly appreciated. also if i wanted to upgrade to a different mobo in my pc will the activation key still work, or will i have to contact cyberlink.
