This thread - http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/47409.page - got onto using stretch & CLPV to change aspect ratio.

CLPV stretches the outer edges more than the centre and crops the clip/image vertically to reduce distortion. As Barry stated in that thread, sometimes this works just fine...

BUT there are some clips & images that are better left as they were.

I see the linearity does indeed distort more toward the outter edges of the view-able area with the CLPV processing! Er... nice examples Tony! lol

Hi, Tony!

Yeah, there is a bit of distortion after CLPV, but not that much to worry about.(it's barely noticable, really) When viewed on a 16:9 TV it doesn't "stick out, all that much.
