Program is getting "stuck" PD 14

All this time I could easily view and edit two tracks at once. Now, they program is stuck and even though

I keep reloading it, its not moving.... and, even though I "split" at the part where it keesp getting stuck, the

sound sync won't work. Any ideas? Thanks

Have you tried re-booting your computer? Then opening Powerdirector.

There is a possiblity that you have a messed up Project file or video. Carl312: Windows 10 64-bit 8 GB RAM,AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz,ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB,240GB SSD,two 1TB HDs.

Hi angela123,
Please can you provide a diagnostic of your computer, a screenshot of the Edit workspace (what you're looking at) with your project insitu and state where you are sourcing your video files from (internal Hard Drive or external Drive)?
