Blu-Ray via HDMI only showing LPCM 2 Channel Output

I have the Realtek ALC 889A which supports HDCP audio secure path via HDMI.

Yet anytime I play a Blu-Ray to my Receiver which supports DTS-HD MA - I only get the option to do "PCM Decoded by PowerDVD"

Any advice? The PCM is completely obliterating all other channels and downsampling to 2 channel

Customer service was absolutely no help copy/pasting their standard macro response to me.

"I understand that you are unable to playback Blu-ray in CyberLink PowerDVD 15 software."

I never said I was "unable to playback Blu-ray"

Can anyone else assist with this since CS is incapable?

How many speakers do you have your sound device configured for in Windows playback devices? If it's only 2 then try it with 5.1 or 7.1.
