Not getting a reply on my customer support?

So I have a question, does the customer support only run Monday-Friday b/c I made a post on the customer support yesterday around 5 pm and still have not gotten a response yet even though it has been over 16 hours since I posted it? I made a post about getting a new code and I put everything that was required, a picture of the disk, and everything else. Please help I had to upload a video that was not rendered due to me not having a code. Ps I lost my code. Hello I am a youtuber.

The information we need to help you is details of what you did and what your actual problem is.

What do you mean by new code?

Part A, Part B, Part D, maybe Parts E&F.

and I was also wondering who takes care of this website because a lot of the links don't work. And why does it take so long to get a reply about getting a new cd key, activation kit for power director 13 Hello I am a youtuber.

Hi, JuicyJackson!

I think customer support/relations is an area where Cyberlink really falls down badly! The company owns this Director Zone website, but leaves it entirely in the hands of volunteers, spread all round the world, to help with solving the technical problems arising from their product. Indeed, if it weren't for Dafydd B., Ynotfish, JL_JL and many more like them, there'd be no customer support/relations at all! So to all the volunteers on this site, give yourselves a "pat on the back"! You are appreciated by us, more than you could ever know!
