I cannot reproduce this issue. Please make sure your Software is updated. If the Problem persists so please go as follow:
1. Delete the cache file under user's appdata:
C:\Users\(USER_NAME)\AppData\Local\CyberLink\PowerDVD15\cache
2. Reinstall PDVD without keeping user Settings
3. Check the updates

my version is 15.0.2211.58 are there newer?



tried deleting cache and reinstall without much luck. searched media keys not working windows 10 tried most solutions with no luck

Hello mixamp,

I don't think this is something that needs fixing, i.e. a bug. It is just normal Windows behaviour that only the active program's hotkeys are available.

Otherwise there would be conflicts if the current active program uses the same hotkey.
