Going to the "Cyberlink Support" site and clicking PowerDVD 15 -> Handbook FIREFOX opens an empty Tab, nothing opens, nothing downloads. Same in all languages (Just tried for fun. German or English is required) and for PowerDirector 14 too.

What to do?

I sometimes misread posts. Are you making a notification that the link doesn;t work or are you looking for the UsersGuide? I get to the information so there may be an issue with Firefox (I use Chrome or IE or Edge)
