Audio Dropping Out After Burning Project

When burning a Blu-ray Disc, the audio goes in and out every two seconds, through the entire length of the disc. I have made several burns of this one project and they all do this. I have selected both Dolby Digital and DTS.

Is there a setting I need to make different for the quality audio that I should be having?

For testing a BD-RE may be more suitable. Lowering the burn speed say from 6x to 4x would create a more define burn area for some standalone players compatibility. Try playing the 00000.m2ts created file on the Bd using wmp or vlc to see if the audio drops out. If it does then create a folder instead of burn to disc and see if the audio problem exist on the same file.
