Say I would like to change the "field order" of my clips from "top field first" to "bottom field first" (as PD is telling me to do after I press the "Scan and Suggest Format" Button, is there a way to "mass change" the TV Format for all clips?

ie: Similar to the "Set Aspect Ratio" or "Clip Aspect Ratio Settings" which has an option to "Apply to all video clips".....

Don't necessarily believe PD. It wants to convert my upper field first clips to lower field when I use the analyse function.. The resultant file is as to be expected .... terrible.
