Problems updating PowerDVD 12 to the latest version

Hi,

I'm having trouble upgrading to the latest version of PowerDVD 12. I'm currently on build 4919.55 on Windows 10.

I tried to update via the 'Updates' tab within PowerDVD 12 where it states a software update is available. I download the patch and install yet there is no change in my build number and within the 'Updates' tab still states there is an update available.

Any suggestions please? Thanks

The problem may be that PDVD12 is not win 10 compatible. The upgrade screen suggest PDVD15. Let us know if you are able to view the blu-ray disc on win 10.
