PowerDVD15 - Movie Info & Cover Art, Often Missing or Incorrect, Sometimes Appears in Taiwanese?

Hello, I am having some issues with ability to see correct Movie Info and Cover Art in PowerDVD15 when playing a commercial (and popular) DVD or BluRay and ISO files of same in my Movie Library. I'm hoping someone can help resolve this.

I know you can right click on the Cover Art and select "Set Cover Art" to a .JPG file I have saved of the art I want to see, that works and its easy to do.

However, the Movie Info is (most times) either completely missing or shown in some Asian language such as Taiwanese instead of English which is not helpful to me at all. I see where you can search MovieLive for more accurate Movie Info and Select or Add better information but this function does not appear to work at all.

I've also seen an old archive post (screen capture attached) of instructions on how to stop using MovieLive for this purpose and use IMDB information in its place which I would much rather prefer to do. I followed those instructions and found they did not work or perhaps I need clarification. e.g. I created a text file with the link in IMDB for the correct movie information and saved it with the .nfo file type and placed it in the library with each movie. This did nothing. Refer to file attached for those prior instructions.

Are there updated instructions to make this work so I can use the IMDB Movie Information? ..The MovieLive Info is obvsiously very out of date and about 1/2 the time doesn't even reference the correct movie. I would like to link to IMDB instead, are there updated instructions to accomplish this or am I just not doing it correctly?

Sample files attached.
