Hey.

I use PD since a while now. I decided to upgrade to 14. I was perfectly fine with 13 but some features interested me, however I end up with more problems than usual... Many "ceased to function" boxes. But recently, I have another major issue.

I am a video maker. Concerning techs, I am a fair noob, so I come to you in need for answers.

I render videos with those specs :

My software settings are those (exception of drop-frame who was turned no at the time of the render) :

And here is the result : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K0bg-MHE7iQ
Check at 0:30 for an insight of the problem.
Indeed, you can see that there is a "green band" appearing on the screen for a second. And it's not only one time. If you check the whole video, it happens several times. It also happens in different ways, making the image quite jumpy, like an old VHS or something. That really bothers me.

For the record, my recording settings are 30 FPS.
But my webcam is 29 FPS. I can't change that unfortunately.
So, could this be the issue here ?

Yes, all my drivers are up to date.
Yes, I had this problem before from time to time on other videos, but now I can't take it anymore.

My computer is :
i7-4790K (4.00 GHz)

ASRock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer

Ram DDR3 Kingston HyperX Fury Black 2x8 Go
Ventirad Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3

MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming 4G

SSD Crucial MX100 SSD 512 Go SATA

Thanks for the help.

This issue is discussed in many threads, and you should see the green section disappear if you turn off hardware acceleration and produce with your CPU.

Be sure the "Fast video rendering technology" box is unchecked on the Produce tab.

Can you try to use the Intel graphics and try to produce a video? I haven't experienced that problem in my videos. It could be a software/hardware issue as well. Main Machine: Jetway NF9G-QM77, Intel i7-3610QM, Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 3GB, 128gb SSD, Windows 10 Pro
Secondary Machine: Lenovo Y510p, Intel i7-4700MQ 2.4Ghz, 2x nVidia GT750M, 500GB SSHD, Windows 10 Education
