Highlighting the mouse cursor for a video

I want to make a YouTube video using pics of Excel charts etc. so there is no moving video.

I will be doing audio to explain these charts but also want to highlight my mouse cursor to give even more impact and clarity.

Many others already do this on YT so it must be quite easy.

However, I searched the net but can find no explanation so I have come here for help.

You need Screen Capture Software to record the Cursor while operating the program. (There are setting in the capture software to record the mouse cursor).

There are plenty of free trials and even some free screen capture programs.
