I would like to know how to make a video suitable for uploading to an Athletics Club Facebook page please.

I know how to upload the video in 640x360 or any other quality to my own FB page .

I know how to upload the original Full HD 1080x1920 video to the Club's FB page.

But how can I make a video suitable for uploading to this Athletics Club's FB page please?
