Patch 4601 doesn't work with trial and upgrade versions of YouCam 6

CyberLink forgot to add a notice about YouCam 6 build 4601.

Unlike the previously released patches this build is applicable only for retail and online versions of the app.

The patch fails to install when a trial/upgrade from trial to deluxe version is detected.

Hello John,

First, all patch updates are for the retail builds only. The Live versions of CyberLink software get the updates through the CyberLinlk Application Manager. Live users should not download and install patch updates.

These patch updates are never for trial versions either. Also, if you have a trial installed, and then buy the full retail version, you must uninstall the trial and install the retail version that comes with your purchase. Therefore, what you stated is not accurate. It is not possible to update a trial version to the deluxe version.
