saw suggest remove audio director and reinstall but see no distinction in "remove programs"

So is that remove all of power director and reinstall?

Also are there patches or updates for audio director 4 please?

Hello William,

I assume you've installed ADR as part of Director Suite. To uninstall ADR4, go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. Select Director Suite > Uninstall. During that process, you'll have the option to check/uncheck the programs you wish to uninstall.

I've not seen that resolution alert in ADR. Obviously your screen resolution would be at the appropriate setting for your monitor. Are you saying that when you run ADR, that alert stops ADR proceeding?

My apologies William,

I neglected to mention that an update patch is available for ADR4

  • Adds support for custom text size for High DPI.

  • Includes program stability improvements.

  • Syncs the maximum volume setting from PowerDirector via round-trip editing.

  • Prevents the system from entering S3 (sleeping) or S4 (hibernation) states when creating a disc.

You can download it here - http://www.cyberlink.com/support/audiodirector/patches_en_GB.html

Installing that update may correct your issue.
