I have PD 13 with 3130, I put a small clip to test the slow motion with different speed.

0.20x failed just freeze clip.

0.25x failed.

0.33x works.

0.40x failed.

0.50x failed.

0.60x works.

0.66x works.

0.75x works.

0.80x works.

I like to know if you can test it if they are same bugs.

Hi dgpd2015

I'm sorry that you're having problems. PD13 has been out for quite a while and I don't think I've seen anyone else with this situation, so we should try to figure out if the problem is with your setup, your clips or both.

To see if the problem is with your clip, please try using the standard "Boats.wmv" clip that gets installed with PD13. Check this box under Preferences:

... and then create a new project. The sample clips will be in the Media Library, so drag Boats.wmv to the timeline and see if you have the same problems with the speed setting with this clip.

If you do, we'd want to see the results of the DxDiag test as mentioned in Part B of the *Welcome* sticky.

If the speed changes work normally, there might be an issue with your source clips and it would be helpful if you could attach a short clip along with your DxDiag results.

Hopefully we'll figure out what's going on and get you running again!

OK. If the little yellow tags on any of your clips are still yellow when you're using shadow files, that means that PD isn't finished creating them and you might see freezes like this.

If you decide to use shadow files, it's best to leave PD running and wait for all the tags to turn green before starting to edit. The good news is that all the shadow files that were already created are still there, and you can get them all back (and finish creating the rest) by enabling SF again.

Since you solved the problem, could you please click on the Edit button and put the word SOLVED in the Subject: line? That way it'll be easy for someone else to see that turning off SF or waiting for them to finish will help.

Thanks
