I have a bug in my original copy of PD13 so the company sent me a new copy to download. Is it possible to transfer the filesfrom the original copy to the new copy? Thanks, JL The Village Clockmaker

Are you referrinv to your project files? You should not have to transfer anything. __________________________________

I'm not sure I understand what files you are talking about or how you got two copies of PD13 on the same computer. Didn't the new install simply replace the corupt one? __________________________________

Actually I didn't load the new copy yet. I wanted to make sure that I did't screw something up. PD13 support told me to download eveyrthing to a flash drive, load the new copy of PD13 and then upload everything to the new copy. Do you agree? The Village Clockmaker

Sometimes instructions given may be confusing. Could you post the part of the text or letter from tech support here for us to interpret correctly.
