Windows sees the bluray discs but powerDVD 13 no longer plays them

I watch movies pretty much every day on my computer. Then, just out of the blue, the bluray player stopped working. I am pretty sure I haven't changed anything. But PowerDVD doesn't play movies anymore.

I re-ran bluray advisor and it told me that my AMD graphics card was not suitable for bluray play back.

I have reinstalled the drivers for that, The Lg bluray drive and powerDVD 13, But it has not made any change.The drive still acknowelleges the discs through file explorer and I can get the discs to play via winDVD. But not in power dvd.

Hi Kingsnorthlobotomy,

It's a driver issue, and you can try to avoid this with instaling an older driver(one version old).

if it doesn't help, so please contact our technical support.
