Hello All,Every time I open PD13 I get a message to install Rich Video. I install it and nothing happens.

I wrote to support. They responded with a patch to be put in a folder within PD.

I followed the instructions and nothing happened. The problem is still there.

Please advise.

check in system configuration if RickVideo this active

Path, Start menu, type the search box, msconfig, press Enter.
