hi there

i am just start to use PD14 ,

when i finish edit the video and select output

i choose H265 and H264 format to test intel quicksync speed

i had updated the intel video accelaration driver to most recent version

first i choose H265 and use quicksync to encode, the speed is extreme fast

BUT..................................... the output of the video is just a shit... unstable and flick and broke screen

WTH is going on??????????

once i use Nvidia video card encode H265, speed is ok fast, and the output is normal.. i no complaint with nvidia

i want to know is ,... the issue is caused by PD14 or intel quicksync driver?

Hi

Which Profile name/Quality (use drop down box) are you Producing to?

Have you tried the Intelligent SVRT? This tab is under the 3D Device Online tabs under the Produce tab.

Hi Carol

You have a new and separate issue, and the best thing to do is to start a new thread and explain your problem there.

The basic situation is that newer versions of PD will always be able to read and import any project made with an older version, but once you save a project in the new version, you cannot open it in the older version because the new version changes how the project is saved.

Older PowerDirector versions would not be able to work with any new effects in a newer version, for example, and Cyberlink prevents this problem by blocking projects created or saved in newer versions from being opened at all.

I can't quite tell if you're experiencing that or maybe the the opposite, where you can't open a PD11 project in PD14. That's not supposed to happen, and posting the exact error message you received will be very helpful for people here to understand what's going on.

I might be missing even more here, and it would also help to know if you are unable to simply open the project or if you're having a problem trying to import a project in PD14 that you've already exported from PD11.

By all means, try to just open the project and see if that works. If it doesn't, please start a new thread and follow parts A & B as detailed in this Welcome *thread*

That, along with a screenshot or actual wording of any messages you receive will give me and other members the information we need to fully assist you smile
