Well, CyberLink support misunderstood my claim that Director Suite Live is downloading the Director Suite 3 apps instead of Director Suite 4 apps, or maybe it was my fault at explaining the issue, I don't know, but I wrote back to them. Here is their answer:
Hi, today with the launch of Director Suite 4 I find out that there are no updates to upgrade my current Director Suite 3 to Director Suite 4. I am subscribed to Director Suite Live. Thanks

My follow up:
I think you misunderstood. What I meant is that with the Director Suite Live, it should already have PowerDirector 14 included, but it is downloading PowerDirector 13, not the 14. Same with the other apps. This is a problem at your end. What I mean is that the Director Suite Live which downloaded the Director Suite 3 previously should now have all the Director Suite 4 apps available to update, but it doesn't.
