All you need to do is select all the clips in the main timeline that you want to sync, and click on the Sync by audio button that will appear in the active tool line just above.
Be aware that if you have other content in the timeline, the synced clips may be moved to new tracks in a different position. You can highlight and move them back to the original positions, but it's a little easier if you sync them before adding other clips.
For your 4 camera project, I'd suggest placing
just the first clip from each camera on individual tracks, then sync. Then you can add the next clips in sequence from each camera and they'll all be in sync. Obviously that won't work if the footage isn't continuous, and if there are any breaks you'd just indivudually sync the clip following the break with one of the other tracks.
