Please Help with Title Room Balloon Effects (Slow down the scroll)
[Post New]
Hey gang,

Really could use some help. I really want to use the Balloon effect under the effects section of the Title Room (F7). However, the card that the titles run on is only 9 seconds long and with that short amount of time, the balloon effects of the text scrolling up is too fast. Is there a way to slow down the animation of the text scrolling up without lenghtening the time of effect?

Thanks,

Anna

Hi Anna -

The balloon thing is a particle and using it within Title Designer is a bit restrictive. The other restrictive thing you're dealing with is scrolling text.

If I'm reading your question correctly, you either need to speed up the balloons or slow down the text... Yes?

If you put the balloons particle in the timeline on a separate track from the title (like the second example below), you'll be able to modify the speed of the balloons - Modify > Particle Designer > Modify Parameters > Speed

""""

The only ways to slow down the scrolling text are to remove lines of text & keep the same duration or increase the duration.

Cheers - Tony
