Green screen problem on timeline

Hi,

long time havent seen!

I have problem with PD12 timeline: my video clip is green there?! Audio it is, but no video. Camera (Sony) I have the same, no settings changes there, the same with PD12.

With newer version such problem missing, but now I want to use my 12 version.

Any help? PowerDirector 17. Windows 10
Processor: Intel Core i7-4770 (8M Cache, up to 3.90 GHz); Hard Disk: SSD 250Gb + SSD 500GB.

can it be because of the new Windows10, which I just installed?!

and: video clips made with cell phone (Galaxy S6) working on timeline just fine!
