Windows 10 is Blocking Install

I have the entire Director Suite, PD is ver 11, but install does not work. A message says the Publsiher is Blocked. How do I fix this?

I am having the same issue. The Cyberlink updates page uninstalled PowerDVD and now it will not reinstall

Did you click the link on the bottom of that message?
