Straighten linear motion in PIP

In PIP after I selected a linear vertical top to down motion path, I started adding keyframes. The problem is that when trying to position the object for each keyframe the path doesn't stay straight, thus misaligning the object straight path.

How can I re-straighten the path again removing all curves?

When the pointer is moved left or right, take care to keep the green line perfectly vertical and straight. There should be no horizontal deviation of the image.

So there no way to MAKE it straight after it became curved. Right? Win7 64bit Ult., EVGA X58-E758, i7 970 3.2GHz, Corsair 30GB, HDs: Kingston 240GB SSD, 3TB WD, 1TB WD, Radeon 6870 1GB. Dell U2711+Asus VK266H. Logitech Solar Keyboard + Logitech K750. Razer MousePad

Drag the keyframes (dots) left or right...but it might be tough.^_^

Remember, if you make a mistake while plotting the frames, immediately press (EDIT|UNDO).

This can be done repeatedly to step back through the changes.

New to this program. This seems like a major flaw in the design of the program. Having precise control over positioning is an important part of video editing. No option to even align or snap to other positions is available. There's no way anyone can keep things exactly straight with a mouse.

Obviously it is not a pressing matter for them to improve. The more voices talk about it the better. Win7 64bit Ult., EVGA X58-E758, i7 970 3.2GHz, Corsair 30GB, HDs: Kingston 240GB SSD, 3TB WD, 1TB WD, Radeon 6870 1GB. Dell U2711+Asus VK266H. Logitech Solar Keyboard + Logitech K750. Razer MousePad
