After production, video just plays as audio

Have tried different production file types and get the same result. Attached photo of what happens with media player and QuickTime

What formats have you tried? Media Player will not play some of the newer formats, and QuickTime may, but oftten makes you buy an additional li ense. __________________________________

I think I've concluded it is my new Nvidia card failing to produce in HVEC, i tried different formats within hvec than tried AVC and it worked.

Hi, xadam38x,

I think your HEVC produced video is good.

Windows media Player reads only sound for HEVC vidéos.

But you can read them with VLC, Média Player Classic or Cyberlink PowerDVD 14/15.
