Hello everyone I have a good one for you. I started the install of PD13 and walked away. I came back about an hour later and in was stuck at 18%. After watching it not move for another 5 minutes I ended the task. All of the icons for PD13 were available to me so I opened up the program, lightly played with some sample videos provided, and even successfully applied the latest update? The program seems to work fine but I have not done any true production work with it yet. Is there anyway to test the health and completion of the install? This is a very curious situation and though the installer froze, the installation seems to have completed properly.... undecided

Hi cMc214 ,
I would
1. Go to the Control Panel and uninstall what you've done.
2. reboot.
3. Re-install and sit in front of the computer and make the appropriate selections when asked.

Dafydd Bevan-SoftDeko,

As I started playing with the PD13 more I started finding missing tools and such so my plan was to uninstall and start from scratch. To my suprise none of the PD13 products were showing up in my installed program list. I placed my palm on forehead and mentally prepared to manually delete all files off of my computer. Before I did so I decided to give the installer 1 more try. I was suprised to see that as it installed the program it gave me the option to uninstall anything it found already installed and it reinstalled the PD13 Suite perfectly. This is a great feature though I wonder why this product still doesn't show up in my installed programs list I really am not worried about. Thanks for taking the time to chime in and offer advice.
