PowerDVD15 Not loading Library

I have downloaded the trial version of PowerDVD15. I have installed the program but it will not load my library. I have gone under "Settings" and added the directory "E:\Media\Movies" and it only shows 1 movie (there are over 1000 in the directory). I have unistalled and reinstalled a couple of times but same results. The only things I can think of are:

  1. Is the library too large for PowerDVD?

  2. Does PowerDVD work with FlexRaid? The E drive is 5 - 4TB drives behind FlexRaid. Everything else seems to work with it though.

  3. Any other ideas on things I could check?

Thanks,

Kevin

i am afraid i have the same problem. my music library load is stuck at around 1040 songs. I was hoping there is a solution for the problem described in this topic. It may work for my problem as well?
