I ordered my software using my name but when it installed on my computer under my administrator level user name, it is showing that it is registered to another user on my computer. Why and how do I change that?

You may be able to edit the permissions, but it may be easier to just reinstall it. There should be a point in the install when it asks who should be allowed to run the program. Make sure your name is selected.
