I have created a Blu-ray disc for my Christmas video, using PD 10. The disc auto plays OK on my Panasonic Blu-ray player for my TV, but will not do so on my computers Blu-ray player where the disc was burned. Also, the discs created before I reinstalled the windows operating system 7 no longer play on the computer. I have tried to change the auto play settings on the computer to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

I am not sure what you mean by "software BD player". I found reference that the Blu-ray player was MATSHITABD-RE UJ240AF 1.00. It was provided on my Dell Laptop computer.

you need to find the dell p/n 02RG8J sept 2013 disc and reinstall the 'BD player software'

if not, then check out the ebay.

looks like you've reinstalled OS from reformatted & repartitioned HD, new...

always make a system recovery discs before fully re-format, re-partition & re-installing OS.

I know, dell gives a lot of bloatwares...

I appreciate you assistance. I have tried to locate the p/n 02RG8J on ebay with no success. Maybe I am using the wrong p/n . Any other suggestions?
