Having trouble loading PD 13 Upgrade...

Purchased Power Director 13 Update awhile ago but my computer was acting up so I didn't want to upload it right away. Then I went out of town and when I got back my computer was dead. Another bit of time went by before I finally got a new computer.

Then I couldn't find the CD to upload the update so got online and purchased another, as well as extended download. The CD hopefully will arrive next week sometime, but in the meantime I thought I'd try downloading it. I went in and downloaded all the files but when I click on the 1st one in my download folder I get this message...

This App Can't run on your computer. To find a verson for your PC check with the software publisher.

Below is my stats on my new computer...not sure what is needed to know but couldn't find anything else using windows 8.1. Not a very use friendly program this one...

Any help in figuring out how to load Power Director 13 would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Ok..never mind. I finally got it to try to load, but it's asking for the product key from a previous version.

I began with the downloaded version of PD 9, upgraded to 11 then to 11 Ultimate suite. All were on my dead computer and the upgrade to Ultimate suite is the only one I have a physical CD for and there's no product key on it. I tried one number that's on the CD (below the words "download version" but that wasn't the key.

Anyone know where I can go in my account to find a product key from one of the past PD version I've purchased so I can load this upgrade on my new computer?

If you go to the CyberLink Members Zone (signed in) and click on My Products you'll see a table of your purchases. Click on the little key icon.

ynotfish, THANK YOU! PD 13 is downloading while I type. I was able to retrieve the key from my 11 Ultra upgrade from the member's zone. Thank you very much!

PD is the last program needed to get loaded to this new computer and hopefully I'll be good to go for another 7 years...Then I'll probably be to old to remember how to do all this over again...LOL! There's got to be an easier way. Dustie
