Upgrading on New Computer

About 6 weeks ago I purchased the update to Power Director 13. I chose to go for the CD rather then the download since I'd been having problems with my computer. Well, my computer up and died before I ever loaded the program.

I finally got my new computer and now am wondering...do I have to go all the way back to my Power Director 9 (The only full version), load it, and then load each version in between or can I only load 9 then upgrade to 13?

Hi nightowl123,
1. Have your last activation key ready for PDR (12 key for example).
2. Install the Update build you purchased and when asked insert the older activation key in.
3. Later when you activate 13 you apply when that is asked for.

The above is from info gathered - and it should work
