With PD12 can you get a Cloud Project? what is a dlp file?

Hi,

My friend has the newer pd AND JUST BOT the Cyberlink cloud service and is trying to share a project with me, its 1 gig.

His PD13 or 14 forget what the new version is, has a cloud upload and download button, I do not on PD12. I logged into his cloud and it will give me a 20k dlp file and that is it? What the heck is a dlp? BTW they only have icons, no hover help which I would strongly reccomend Cyber add to the screen.

So as of now see no way to download a cloud project or anything from the cloud with PD12. Is cloud just for PD13 up?

I think so because in PD12 has not shortcuts to cloud, yes in PD13.

There's more, PD12 "default" does not open project created in PD13.

Maybe it does not explain it. I upgraded to PD13 and same thing, all I can access is a .dlp file, same as before, what is a .dlp file? (its tiny).



I will switch to PD13 forum now.

DLP File is a download tool for cloud files.
