Dialog box inconsistency

compare these dialog boxes:

Import Media Files

Import Media Folders

Why are they different? Import Media Files is using the old Win7 dialog. Since I use 'Recorded TV' a lot, I really wish this dialog box had the newer UI. Intel i7 4770k, 16GB, GTX1060 3GB, Two 240GB SSD, 4TB HD, Sony HDR-TD20V 3D camcorder, Sony SLT-A65VK for still images, Windows 10 Pro, 64bit

Do not understand your question.

And often that I have over 100 videos or photos in a folder, with the Import Media Folder option ...

I just select the folder and PD loads all the files.

When I want to choose file use the Import Media File Option ... AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3

Correct.
Both use Windows default frames (style) but one has the "CyberLink Rich Video" frame slapped on bottom.
