I have positioned the subtitles at the bottom of the minimized preview window in when editing in Powerdirector 13, but when I click to view full screen, the bottom half of the sub title is missing. I can solve this by positioning the the text higher in the scene, but it causes a distraction.

Is there another way to see the entire subtitle in full screen view?

If you can take picture of the screen with the error, would be best to understand your problem. AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3

AMD Radeon R9 270 / AOC M2470SWD

Here is an attachment. It is happening in PowerDVD12. I am unable to remove the bottom control image. It covers the the bottom half of the sub title when in full screen mode.

You played on another player besides PDVD?

Did this PDVD-enabled zoom? AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3

There is no zoom in PDVD12. Only Minimize or full screen. I am able to see the entire sub title in the minimized mode. It's the black control image at the bottom that is covering the subtitle. How do I get rid of the black control image at the bottom of the screen?

The screenshot show that the PDVD app is not in the maximize window. Simply click on the Maximize Button next to the x on the top right of the screen. Hitting Z on the keyboard is a shortcut toggle to do the same. Don't know the particulars on your PDVD settings. I beleive the H key toggle hides the pdvd controls on some versions. You might want to post your question in the PowerDVD forum if this did not help.

Let us know if this fixes the problem.

I beleive that zoom is on other players and possibly some version of PDVD.

The video is in max viewing. Tapping the H key didn't work. I'll try the other forum. Thanks.

Does the control bar disappear if you move the mouse pointer off the control bar? Move the mouse pointer into the picture area.

I do not know if PowerDVD acts that way, the control bar visible when the mouse pointer is on it, is a Windows Media Player action.

You are correct about taking the mouse off the control bar. When moved off screen for a second, the control bar disapears.
