I have PD13 Ultimate upgraded from PD 12.

My New Blue Video Essentials shows only two lines of ten (20 in total).

The Cyberlink "Working With Plug-Ins PD13 Tutorial" shows five lines of New Blue (50 in total).

Where do I find the other 30 (I'm looking for "spotlight")

See screens attached

Thanks

Hi AIS -

In the tutorial screen capture, made with PDR Ultimate, there were extra NB FX packs from a previous installation.

PDR13 Ultimate comes with 2 NB FX packs - Essentials 1 & 5. Director Suite has Essentials 1, 5 & 7.

Oh sorry - NB Spotlight is part of Essentials 3

Cheers - Tony

Thanks Tony
I like the "ynotfish".
Do you know of any other way to highlight an area of a clip or pic with PD13??

Thanks AIS -

Yes, sure. PDR has its own Spotlight effect. You'll find it listed under All & Visual. It doesn't have the same flexibility as the NB one, but it can be keyframed quite easily to track motion. Once the initial parameters are set, the position keyframes are set in the same way as the tutorial you linked.

The guy on the snow mobile in the attached clip is "highlighted" with PDR's spotlight effect.

Cheers - Tony
