Delete default timeline tracks?

Is there a way to delete the EFFECTS track? The TITLE track? The VOICE track? The MUSIC track? If I don't need these it would be good to get rid of so not taking up space on my screen.

No, those are the default tracks that always show.

Along with the ones you listed, there is always Track 1 and Track 2.

Without anything in the timeline.
If you right click in a clear area of the Timeline > Remove Empty Tracks, you will be left with the minimum tracks allowed.

You can adjust the Powerdirector interface in many ways, you can change how much Media Library, Preview viewer or Timeline is seen on screen.

Put your mouse pointer at a junction between sections wait for double arrow then drag.

Read the Help in Powerdirector Click the "?" on the upper Right Corner.
