When I look at the "Information" tab on the settings menu. I see that "Frame rate: 30.00" is always what it says.

I have my video card outputting at 24hz and I know the video that is going in is a 24fps video. So why, no matter what video.... Does it say 30 fps????

Is that why I keep getting judder because powerdvd is outputting the video at 30fps?

Thanks for the response Michael but that doesn't answer my question. The videos I am trying to watch are 24fps. When I look in PowerDvD information about the video it says its playing at "30" fps.

Is this an error on PowerDVD by showing the wrong frame rate or is it ACTUALLY playing the video at 30fps?

Hi,
can you post a screenshot of the fill window without those overlays?

go to drop down menu “preferences “ the default is 59.FPS, change the frame rate here. From 30 NTSC or to 60 NTSC.
