I need help with Power Director 13

Hey guys. I am not very tech savy. I had PD 12 for a year and had no issues. I upgraded to 13 and am having all kinds of problems. I upload a video to edit. If I click the video it plays fine, but once I drag it to the bottom to start editing it, it won't play right. I can't even trim the videos because it's almost like a skipping CD. Sorry I don't know the proper terms. I have been searching online, but google searches for video not playing right on hasn't helped lol. Any suggestions?

My suggestion, reduce quality of the preview.
Upgrade to version 2408 or 2528 beta, case for previous version.

Downloaded the patch, changed the preveiw settings. Still nothing. Man this is frustrating.

Please provide
1. a diagnostic
2. a screenshot of your project in Edit Workspace
3. The mediaInfo of the video you're editing.
4. Version of PDR13 being used.
