Questions about PD13's Chapter features

Is there a way to do the following:

1. In Edit/Chapter Room, how to prevent creation of the number that appears in front of the chapter name.

2. In Create DIsk/Menu Editor, when specifying "Thumbnails & Text" for chapters , how to remove the auto-generated number that gets applied to each link?

I found the answer to #2: to stop the sequential chapter numbers from being created, uncheck the Show thumbnail index box at bottom-right of Menu Preferences. Birk Binnard

My chapter marks do not link after BD-R creation w/ menu (seahorse).
