PowerDirector 13 is rendering video with no audio

Hi

I recently purchased PowerDirector 13 and am working on a project using video recorded on an iPhone 6. When I play the project in PD, the audio works as expected. However, when I render my video (h.264 MP4 1080p 30FPS) I'm getting no audio. Picture is there and works fine. I opened the file in MediaInfo and an audio track is present. I've tried playing the video in Windows Media Player, VLC and PowerDVD but none of them play the audio in the file.

Why is there no audio?
