I have just upgraded from PD12 Ultimate Suite to Director Suite 3 (PD13) and from within PD I can no longer edit audio via Audio Director or even Wave Editor - the option is no longer selectable.

In other words, in PD13 if I right click any of my video files on the timeline, the option to Edit Audio is greyed-out.

Anyone have ideas what's going on? Current project using Cyberlink Director Suite is

Ensure that AudioEditor and WaveEditor, this installed.

You can reinstall only these again, by installer suite

Audio Director 5 was installed as part of the full suite installation, so I cannot understand why the Edit Audio is greyed out.

Have done a little more digging an it looks to be something to do with linking/unlinking of the audio/video components of footage.
Will keep looking Current project using Cyberlink Director Suite is

Update PD. for version v.2408.

If not resolved, the solution is to add the video will again overlap on the timeline.

Or right click and select, Unlink Video and Audio.

Thanks for your help regarding the linking. It looks like I added a Fade transition between a video-only and a regular video-audio file. The result being PD unlinked all timeline video on the same track and pulled the video along for the transition, leaving the audio out of sync and therfore uneditable on the timeline.
I manually selected Unlink Vide and Audio as you suggested, shifted them along, then I was able to link them again and they are now editable by Audio Director once more.
Thanks again Current project using Cyberlink Director Suite is
