Hello
I've just downloaded PD7 Patch 2206, & tried to install it. Having tarted the install I was told the previous version of PD7 had to be uninstalled, before the new patch could be installed, & did I want this to be done. I indicated 'yes' & it continued, only for a message to appear after a short time informing me that 'SKUT. 1.dll' could not be loaded, & I could not go any further. I downloaded the patch again, but got the same result.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way around it? Can anyone help me please?

"Louk a'eee" - my attempt at writing a bit of Bristolian.

Good day John,

A patch should NOT require you to uninstall the program it's about to update. Now this could be an issue (a bug problem) because you have an upgraded build of PD7 - so please say if it's a full version of an upgrade.

I need more details from you.

I've sent you a PM
