PD12 trial has 30 days to evaluate, so the time has expired.

Thank you but unfortunately, I doubt my CD key for PD12 will work for PD13. I know customer support has download libraries to them but have to wait a little while before they reach my support ticket.

You should contact Customer Support for a New CD or Download link.
