Crossfade distorsion

I produced a video that has some crossfades between clips into HEVC MP4, 1920x1080/30p. When playing the video there is severe distortion in the video at the spots where the crossfade is located. Audio plays fine. Any idea how it prevent that distortion?

Show us? Please attach a short video screen capture of the event. Look up the guides, Part E & F. Please provide a diagnostic of your PC, see guide Part A & B of the data also required.
